Starsiege: Tribes

First-person action game in which you take control of a giant robotic fighting machine, called a HERC. This is the counterpart to Starsiege and it provides exclusively multi-player action for up to 32 players, on-line or over LAN. There is a set of single-player training missions. The multi-player mode sees you choosing a game type from 'capture the flag', 'capture and hold', 'defend and destroy', 'find and retrieve', and deathmatch. You then choose from heavy, medium or light class HERC, each with its own characteristics and weapons options. After customizing your HERC, you take to the battlefield. You earn points by fragging members of an opposing team, by capturing their flags or by securing an objective. The team with the most points wins. The game boasts effective 3D graphics and explosive effects.
