Atlantis 2
Adventure/roleplaying game and sequel to the well-received original. In this game you play a young man named Ten who is the son of Seth, the hero of the first game. The game's premise is that Ten must defeat the plans of his evil twin that are threatening the world. The plot is developed through the conversations with NPCs and some impressive cutscenes.
The game employs an excellent interface that is very easy to use. The control system is a simple point-and-click affair.
There are five worlds in all included it the game and each with a distinctive theme. The worlds are Tibet, Ireland, China, the Yucatan and Shambala.
During the game you'll encounter over 60 NPCs and numerous puzzles. Conversations are conducted via an icon-based system. The puzzles are well-thought-out and challenging.
This game covers a limited number of locations, rather than a connected world. As a result, each location can be rendered in great detail. This system is effectively used in this game and the graphics are impressive. Characters are also very well-rendered. The fitting and atmospheric soundtrack is another strength of the game.
