F1 Racing Championship

Formula One racing game currently under development on multiple platforms and due for release towards the end of 2000. The game promises advanced graphics, accurate physics and challenging AI, especially on the more advanced platforms (Dreamcast, PlayStation 2 and PC).

The game is to be based on 1999 team and driver information. However, 2000 information will be added, most notably the Indianapolis circuit. The full rules will be recreated and a high degree of car set-up customization will be incorporated.

The game will offer a choice of arcade and sim modes as well as a selection of difficulty levels. Game options will include a good training mode with driving school, single race, full championship and time trial modes. The multi-player mode will enable various numbers of people to compete, depending on the platform. The control and menu systems promise to be effective.
