Grand Prix World
Formula 1 management sim and follow-up to Grand Prix Manager 2. You take control of one of the teams and a large amount of detailed data helps you to achieve results. The game features the teams, cars and drivers (with one or two exceptions) of the 1998 season. You're responsible for micro-managing the development of the car as well as staffing the various areas relating to the team, right down to the fan club. You make changes via a complex series of menus and this system is generally effective.
The game employs a virtual e-mail system to keep you informed of changes made to the car by your engineers, together with other developments effecting your team. You view the races and receive some telemetry and radio feedback from the drivers. The graphics are good.
