Championship Surfer
|
Surfing sim featuring authentic surfers. The premise is that you're a member of team O'Neill during a surfing competition set on Hawaii. You can choose from arcade, championship, time attack, free surf, rumble and king of the waves modes. Rumble mode enables up to four players to compete in a contest to ride a single wave and avoid obstacles. King of the waves is a two-player, slit-screen contest. The game employs good 3D graphics, and a reasonable physics model. There are loads of moves to master with around 50 different stunts. A good musical soundtrack and varied sound effects accompany play.
