Mario Tennis
3D tennis game, featuring Mario and 15 other Nintendo characters. Each character has their own playing style and special shots. A variety of court settings feature. The single-player game consists of four cups for singles and doubles action (NPC partner). Each player that you use to win the Star Cup can have their playing abilities boosted.
There is also a set of variations, including limited time and balls and the 'Ring Shot' mode, in which rings appear randomly and players will earn bonuses by hitting the ball through them. Alongside the single-player game, is the very strong multi-player mode, for up to four players. A notable feature of the game, is the effective and easy-to-use control system. Only two buttons and the control stick are used to perform an extensive selection of shot types, as well as to define the force of the shot. The game's graphics are good.
