Codename Eagle
First person action game. The game's setting is an alternative reality in which there was no Russian Revolution. It's the 1920s and the Czar still rules and is conducting a major invasion of Europe. You play Red, a resistance fighter who must sabotage the enemy's progress as well as rescuing sympathizers to your cause.
The game consists of twelve missions with diverse objectives. During the game you'll come across many fun activities such saving a condemned man from a firing squad and driving an armored car over an exploding bridge.
Apart from the standard shooting action you'll be able to don disguises and talk to characters during the game. Your character also has the ability to commandeer vehicles he comes across and numerous high-powered weapons are also included. Among the vehicles are trucks, planes and motorbikes. Red is also able to swim.
The controls are effective, both when controlling Red himself or the various vehicles. As well as the default first-person view you can also select a elevated third-person view.
The game's 3D graphics are generally good, if not spectacular. There are some good visual effects, particularly evident in the explosions. The audio is good, adding much atmosphere to the game.
