StarPeace: Parallel Domain
Exclusively on-line city management game. You must build up a city whilst sticking to a budget and then face competition from other players. You can communicate with fellow players during games. The game is played on an isometric landscape and 300 varied building types are available. The game offers a lot of depth and the menu-based interface is effective.
Notably, players must pay a monthly subscription in addition to the purchase price of the game.
