Street Wars: Constructor Underworld
Management sim, follow-up to Constructor.
The aim is to build up an construction business and from there a business empire. Rather than concentrating on legitimate business, this game is set in the gangster run streets of an American city in the 1930s.
Among your concerns will be casinos, clubs and even brothels. As part of the game it is necessary to hire people and limit police interest in your activities. There are also rival gang-run empires to beware of. The game incorporates a walk-through tutorial to help you get the hang of it.
The game is played on an isometric 3D environment with additional control panels. The graphics are not that advanced, although the buildings are rendered in good detail.
