Industry Giant 2
Business simulation and sequel to a successful original. Set in the US, it will cover the period 1900 to 1980. The game promises improvements over its predecessor whilst retaining the essentials of the gameplay. You'll once again play an industrialist with the aim of expanding your business empire. You'll have to decide which industries to specialize in and set up the production facilities, delivery and retail systems. New products and resources will feature and seasonal demand will come into play. The multi-player mode will be improved and it will be possible to play in teams and to interact with opponents/team mates.
It is due for release on the PC in early 2001 and for the PlayStation 2 in early 2002.
